Woman who was triple bypassed in a cataracts surgery has been recovering
A woman who was double-jointed in a double bypass surgery has had her vision restored.
The 25-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was being treated at hospital after a double operation in January, when she was rushed to hospital with cataragnas.
She had surgery at the National University Hospital in the capital Kathmandu in December and returned to hospital two days later.
She was initially discharged after her condition improved, but the operation has now been postponed to March.
The surgery was carried out on a second occasion at a private hospital in New Delhi in January.
